ABOUT NISE

Nise is a spoken word artist, author, and curator whose work lives at the intersection of healing, truth-telling, and creative liberation. Originally hailing from Inglewood, California and now rooted in Las Vegas, she uses poetry as both mirror and medicine; helping audiences feel seen, understood, and inspired to rise.
Her artistry speaks to the heart of womanhood, grief, resilience, and the beauty found in one's nuance. Whether on stage, on the page, or through curated events for youth and emerging artists, Nise builds safe spaces where vulnerability is power and words do more than rhyme; they reach.
She’s the creator of Nuance, a spoken word album and accompanying artbook, and a board member of Manifest Academy; a youth-centered nonprofit nurturing the next generation of poets and truth-tellers.
If you’ve ever needed permission to feel, to reflect, or to bloom out loud—her work is for you.
